Is at least 80 percent of food on your plate vegetables? For a healthy meal, start with filling your plate with at least 80 percent vegetables and salad. Add 10 percent fermented foods such as kimchi or sauerkraut and another 10 percent savoury foods from nuts/seeds/beans.
